2026 Summer Church Camp Forms

Parents, please click the correct link below to complete registration forms for your campers.

COMPLETE THESE FORMS BY APRIL 30TH!

Kids Camp is for grades 2-6 and at least 12 years old. Kids camp is July 7-10.

Youth Camp is for grades 7-12. Youth Camp is May 27-30.

Fill out info for each of your campers, after you save your first camper's info you'll be given the opportunity to add other campers. There is no payment required on these forms. All costs will be invoiced to BF. After fundraising efforts are over, we will let you know if there's a remaining balance that campers owe.

Please review the camp info sheet HERE or in the link at the top of the registration form. It is vital that you communicate to your student the "no phones" policy and the dress code expectations. Preparing your students early with this information will help camp go much smoother for everyone.
